    Normal Mint i found it unstable but in LMDE works fine for me at least

    Never tried Mint tbh. Seen screenshots though and I never liked their application menu navigation, looks ugly. But then I'm a dock menu kinda guy myself.

    I installed Linux Mint 13 MATE on my laptop today. I don't know why but you can't click by tapping on the touch pad. Only with the buttons. Gnome 2 FTW. Unity is so, annoying. (In my opinion)

    You can set tap to click in the mouse and keyboard / trackpad options.

    I recently uninstalled Ubuntu and now looking for a similar windows app like Gparted. Any suggestions? If I remember correctly this does not come with fresh installation and needs to be downloaded and installed afterwards?
