My wife and I were watching TV when I saw a pitch black shape move rapidly across the room. I saw my wife's head moving like she also saw it but she denied seeing anything.
Then I saw it again. Very black and about 5 ft high and running into our balcony. This time my wife agreed that she also saw it running into our balcony. I checked the balcony out and found nothing black there.
This was 2 weeks ago and have not seen it since.
You will say I'm crazy but we both saw it.

It was probably a Shadow person ( http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shadow_people) . I've only seen one once, (and no I wasn't drinking) totally freaked me out.

I think this could be a similar species, or maybe an adolescent.

They are very quick little things and they sometimes give you goose bumps, saw a documentary about them.
