    Thqlanks guys. What's in this ACC stuff?

    Just had the Medlemon, will wait till morning before I take anything else.

    I found the following to work REALLY good for stuffed noses.

    Large bowl required:
    boiled water,
    add enough vinegar,
    steam face for while. (head kina be only thing that's being steamed, so covered head + bowl)

    nose open. Else you can also use white flower on your cushion.

    It helps with opening your nose while you sleep, but use in moderation. You don't want the sever rivers of blood to activate

    Not sure if white flour could work. I normally use that for baking

    I drink lots of (free) water and stay in bed.

    Any medication that tells you they "cure" the cold and you'll feel better after 3-5 days is riding on the coattails of the actual virus that only lasts 3-5 days IF you stay in bed and don't exert yourself.

    The only thing that works for me and quickly is Gen-Payne (red and green capsules) works within 10mins of taking.
