    Which preset provides the best image when viewing on a MBP 13" or even iPad?

    Depends: what is the source? DVD? BD? Handbrake has an iPad preset - not sure which model that is. The high profile preset should be fine for DVD regardsless.

    I have been using Apple TV 2 as preset. Size is not the critical aspect - I have access to external drives.
