How to cancel iBurst - have moved

Hi all,

So how do I go about canceling iBurst as I have moved and the signal here is horrid so I am going to go the ADSL route.
I would idealy like May to be my last month... Is that possible or a bit late now?

Also papers, forms, who to send it to and so on?

Decided to ask here as the helpdesk is often extremely slow and not always the most helpful.

I also want to cancel my iburst, but when i called them they said the amount i need to pay before they can cancel it.For example, my iburst cost me R300 a month, so my account ends on September. So you take this month at count how many months you have left, like mine is 4 months left. So you take R300 x 4 months = R1200

So R1200 i need to pay to cancel my account. a K@k one you tell me

I think you can just say to them, you want to cancel this month, and you just want to use your last CAP.

I cancelled last month, I just sent them a message on the website, took them over a week to respond but eventually I got a mail advising when my termination date would be

your choice, but given that you're in Bryanston why not just take a quick trip up to their offices?

Even on a month to month contract I cancelled in November, the swines are still debiting me. They insist that my contract is only expiring in June, when they had confirmed it cancelled last year. Apparently they made an error in cancelling my contract...

Just got off the phone with iBurst.
Got a reference number and they will cancel it at the end of June due to a calendar months notice which is needed.
So thats quite annoying.

Wonder if I can at least cancel the uncapped anytime so I won't have to pay that next month?
