Nope. You would see some debris and it would appear differently.
Check out this link to see how more frequent data looks like and how bright stars/planets appear to the sensors.
On a second look the image looks like a bright star + cosmic ray impact.

With all the footage of UFO's from every angle there is, how come we never see space debris or satellites? Ok maybe some UFO's are actually space debris but I have yet to see a picture of earth with a satellite in it. Is there a certain space where no satellites are to be deployed?

If you look carefully at the pic you can even see the red go-faster-stripe...

If you watch all those good documentaries over the last 30 years, you know the ones, Star Wars, Star Trek, Babylon 5... they ALL depict some sort of winged spacecraft. I do not know why people just do not pay closer attention to these documentaries... they are really quite educational.
I think it resembles the above image ^^ see... unmistakable resemblance.
Also, when they actually reach earth, wings also help camouflage their true origins.

Looks like Richard Branson's Virgin Galactic.
Aircraft need wings if they come from some planet with an atmosphere. They also will need wings to land on another planet.
If an aircraft is designed in space and is solely for space use then only will it not have wings.
