We use Mweb's dedicated servers for RIGaming, they offer unlimited bandwidth as long as you keep a ratio of at least 2:1 (upload vs download).

Thinking about it, that would be fine for any normal, non-downloading website.

Yes, it actually works quite well. It merely ensures that you don't use it as a proxy (which generally uses a 1:1 ratio) or torrent box.

However, it does start at around R700/pm.
