trouble installing OS 7.1 on my 9360

hi im having trouble installing OS 7.1 on my 9360 , i am using desktop manager 5.01 (outdated but the newer 1's dont pick up OS 7.1 even after i installed it thrice). When i try to install it using the DM it says the i have to have an active blackberry service subsription . . .

can any one please help me

p.s. i went to crackberry and tried both methods and yet to no avail . . . any help will be highly apreciated

try using the loader.exe app instead of the bb desktop

Try wiping the device using bbsak and then try installing again.

its not that , once i install the OS 7.1 software on my PC it doesnt pick up on the loader or on the DM

With bbsak you can also choose the installed bb os's (on your pc) and choose which to install... You can use this to see the 7.1 is installed on your pc.
