    All good, only thing that can make it bigger so to speak, is distance from the earth, and yes this does change hence tonights supermoon event

    Its not the closest its ever been, that was in the beginning of the year if I remember correctly, but its still dam close + full moon.

    Bit of a sience lessen for those that dont know

    Both the earth and moon's orbits are eliptical and bar this they both wobble, it's not like its a set path like train rails.
    Earth's elliptical orbit varies from about 152,171,522 km to 149,597,870.691 km

    As for the moon, a picture = a thousand words:

    Note that it will be at its peak at 05h35 tomorrow morning South African time! And it should be just on the Western horizon giving you an optical boost in terms of size...

    My settings were ISO100 , 1/500 , F5.6 , 250mm taken with Canon 600D
