What are you limited to with a motorbike learner license?

I've got a motorbike learner's licence (ie. not the driving test )
and I'd like to know what is the motorbike cc limit and if there is,
then whether you're allowed to go on highways?

From what I know it is 125cc max if you only have a learners, or does this only apply to learners who are less than 18 yrs old? (that's where my confusion stems from)

I'm looking to get a scooter/small bike soon for traveling purposes.

You can ride absolutely any motorbike you want to. Absolutely anywhere you want, within the confines of other road laws of course.

The sole restriction, is that you may not carry a passenger.

This is the norm, if you are 17 or older.

If however you are 16, the above applies with a cc limit of 125CC

2 different bike learners as well. 1 for 125cc and less and other for 150cc and up.

This is the correct answer.

There are no other restrictions such as no driving on highways or whatever.
Also there are not 2 different learners licenses for different engine capacities. Just one.

The only other restriction is, if you have less than 50cc, you cant go on highway

Just went for my bike learners a week ago.

1. 16 years of age: Nothing more than 125cc, no passangers.
2. 17 years of age and up: Anything, no passangers.
3. No 50cc on freeway - this is a road rule and have nothing to do with the license.
4. And of course, it expires after two years, whereafter you have to do the test again.

Which part? The CC or the highway? The CC part on the learners thing was confusing about being over 18 or not. I did my bike drivers on a 660cc and you can only do the drivers if you are over 18 so 125cc if your under 18. And in the learners test is says you are not allowed to drive on the highway.

No reason to look anywhere else. Question has been answered.

You can ride any bike you please with a learners but cannot take a passenger. That's it. Nothing more. I have a learners and a 600cc so I'm not just making this up.
