MWEB All Inclusive Upgrade?

Hi guys. I am currently on a MWEB Uncapped 384kbps All inclusive package. I wanted to upgrade to either a 1024kbps or 4096kbps. How would I d this? Do I need to contact Telkom first? Thanks in advance!:D:D
 
No, if your LINE is with Mweb then they will handle the queries with Telkom.

I suggest giving MWEB Guy a PM with your account details and he will sort you out ASAP :).
