Is anyone else experiencing issues in the Northriding area in terms of speed?
For the last 2 months the iBurst product has been pathetic. Have taken my modem in for testing to iBurst and everything is hunky-dory apparently. According to iBurst, there are no issues in the area.
I have moved my flat-panel aerial a number of times (and have 98% signal strength), yet I cannot browse and downloading mail takes forever.
No amount of complaining to iBurst yields any results other than "everything works perfectly our side sir"
