Time for an upgrade.

Hi,

I currently have a Talk75S contract (about R189pm).
I also just canceled my Vodacom mygig2 (from end of June, about R149pm).
Gives me around R340pm to play with.

What Android phone would you suggest I get?

I can go a little over that but don't really want to as I know that patching data to it will add some extra monthly costs and would in fact prefer to keep the total at around R340.

Anyone seen any good specials lately?

I was looking at the Galaxy S2.
Game have it on special for R380 (A Galaxy S2 and a galaxy Y for R380) but as I said I would really like to stay within budget with a data bundle patched on.
Vodacom have the same phone for R299 including a 250meg bundle.

Yup thats on a straight Business Call package, so no free minutes (also available through us )

Same would apply to the Sony Xperia S (better specs and 12MP camera which is awesome).

Well I just checked the tracking number on the RAM website (Vodacom do not mention the courier they use in any of there communication and I found out quite by chance that it is RAM).

It is out for delivery today

Review will come on Monday, I will try do this in conjunction with a few other phones, not for speed tests as there are plenty on the web but for communication and data transfer compatibility.
