I noticed the other day they had started including the MacBook Air - with Apple's fairly predictable refresh cycle (average of 321 days for the MBA) it makes some sense because they don't have to worry about constant upgrades to the line they're offering.
I don't believe there is an OsX app for the Macbook air.

I don't think they offer an app for the Mac OS.
So they sell it because it is enabling their clients to be able to do their banking online?

I think a windows laptop could do that the same if not a bit more user friendly!

I think windows and mac browsers are pretty much equal when it comes to ease of use.

Browsers are very similar, when it comes to user interface that is where the ease of use comes in.

I am very confused when using a Mac, I am not use to it. I prefer Windows.

And buying a Laptop with a credit card will work out very expensive.

Is this an unreasonable request?

Not unreasonable, but as mentioned earlier I think that due to the demand they've received for the iDevices, they're now able to deal with Apple directly. Also, there is not much variance in Apple products, apart from screen size and disk space.

If they were to start offering laptops, there are too many configurations and variants to consider and they end up turning into a PC shop, which is what I think they're trying to avoid.

Considering it's a bank? Maybe. Out of all the PC brands how do they determine what others they should stock?
