Thread: D3 down, hurry up GW2

Default D3 down, hurry up GW2

I guess this is really my opinion, and many will disagree. I started playing Diablo 3 yesterday, and all I could think of is, GW2 is better than this.
I don't claim to be a D3 fan & I didn't play the demo or follow it the last few months. Though I really thought D3 was quite a deep RPG. I find it so far pretty well polished and playing the game with my wife is quite fun, but overall I am surprised how it just seems quite click click click click boring. I realise that sounds like a contradiction after saying it is fun, but I am rather surprised at how long it has taken for Blizzard to produce its "masterpiece".

Anyway, maybe I am spoilt with the depth of GW2, but D3 is certainly not going to make me want to come back for all that much more. Finish it, and move on. Certainly before the next GW2 BWE.

Reminds me of Dragon Age 2 but without any party members.

Have you finished it yet? Like... all the way to inferno?

It is a Dungeon Crawl Hack & Slash RPG. Why would you expect more from it? I am playing it and thoroughly enjoying it. Don't even try to compare it with an MMORPG, ass D3 will fall short in every regard.

I just think you expected to much.
