Help with Mweb 1Mb line download speed!

Please help!!! I have an Mweb unshaped, uncapped, 1Mb line and I upgraded from a 384kb line but am still having terribly slow downloads, especially with torrents. My torrents are only downloading at an average of 11.4kbs. How do I fix it or make it faster? Its taken 3 days to download 2.5Gb which is actually slower than it was taking on my old line!

Please advice would be greatly appreciated!

Was your issue resolved? i'm currently having the same issue around download. Two weeks ago i was downloading items around 100kbs on my 1 meg line, however since last week my download speeds have been around 20kbs.

I know there isnt an issue on the line because when i use my Telkom ISP my downloads are back to 100kbs.
