Anyone in sandton with neotel down ? Only the connect light is not turning on my modem.
 
I was looking for the answer to the same question - my wife says her Neotel phone is not accepting or making calls in Centurion.
 
My router's done, i'm almost sure that's it. Tried connecting in sandton/randburg, next option for me is get a working replacement or cancel. Their call centre wasn't bad, they called me back after i asked as i was calling on prepaid which chows money.
 
I'm having the same problem as last week with neogo datacard: login/pwd invalid. Was offline for two days last time so hoping they fix it a tad faster.
