Don't understand how one could struggle with that dps.... things must literally melt before you even lift your hands....
Guessing you're soloing Inferno? Is it fairly easy?

To make myself clear: with 60k HP lets say you last 20 seconds, and get in 20 hits. That nets you roughly 2k HP in life steal. But if you had another 10% reduced damage from another passive, that would be kind of like another 6k HP. You'd know the exact numbers, which could change everything. Maybe you get in a lot more hits, so the life steal works better that above
    will try

thing is when i switch on berzerk mode, i do so much dmg so, with life steal i stand in the fire etc, and cant die then :P\

but will see maybe get that weapon master skill

I just started inferno, normal monsters arnt a problem, I usually one shot them with my current stats even clear a whole mob with 1 or 2 multishot broadside but the champions and elites are another story they even look at me and I'm dead, I don't think solo inferno is not possible now after the nerfs.
There is a barb That I team up with and we make a good team but looks like we might have to put together a full 4 player team for inferno it's crazy

With the synergy the classes give each other, Inferno is harder to solo than in a group

I am nearing the end of ACT II on inferno. I have been farming for gold and gear. Lots of improvement needed for my items, I think in a week or two act 3 will be possible.

My Wizard is taking a break. Leveling up my barb. He is 28 atm and loads of fun.

How are your resists? Biggest problem with 5 friends playing Barbs when they completed Hell, less than 100 resist = no progress in Inferno. They've had to level other characters to make money or been stuck farming hell

Only my Physical and Fire resists are above 100
I already know I'll be farming a while before I try Inferno... I need to get my resists a LOT higher on average.

Something to ponder on, I found a piece of armour exactly the same as mine (226 armour + 3 slots) bar that instead of vitality it added dex. The one with dex increased my armour more....
After a while you will require more armour per % reduction, so at a point stacking vitality/dex/resistance is better overall for survivability.
for myself as a wizard im aiming for 6-7k armour as thats where the "sweet spot" for wizard seems to be if i can get there.

    Level: 60
    Class: Wizard
    Progression: Act 1 Inferno
    Armour: 4000
    Dodge %:
    Resist to all:
    Damage: 29.7k
    HP:27.7k

Let me put it this way for Barbs.

    - Strenght, your most important stat. Aim for 1500 - 2000 for the endgame. Balance it with Vitality
    - Dex, you want 100 = 10% dodge, don't stack more
    - Intel, none. Not something you should worry about as other stats on items will give you more. If you get it on a nice item then cool, but don't look for it
    - Vitality, very important. Aim for 70-100k @ the endgame. Like strenght 1500-2000. Balance it with Strenght

    - Armour, your 2nd most important defense stat. Get it on every item. With your skill bonus you should get 12000 armour (80% against L60) Your goal before that as you gear is 9000 or if you go a more offensive style.
    - Resistance to All, your most important. with up to +80 on items you can go as high as 1200 later. Try and get as much as you can. Every point of it is basically the same as 10 armour
-Melee/Range/Elite dmg decrease. This helps as obviously the harder parts are the bosses and specially the elites. Bonus if you can get this
    - Shields & Block chance. Important with the right amounts. Not getting into detail here.
-Life %, very important. Always use a helm with socket with your highest Amethyst in there. End game you will be looking at about +50%
-Socketed Items. Aim for only 3 items tbh. Helm, Weapon & Chest (with 3 max sockets, not less). And NO ruby's in endgame weapons!

Other things like crit and attack speed and such depends on your build and playstyle.

Why no Ruby's? I can't think out of my head, but what other stats do the gems give a weapon other than increased damage?

On another note: Where is the best place to level up quickly? (I can get level 60 friends to help me breeze through it)

Who here has been to the secret level? I bought the staff for nomal level, is it worth it to upgrade? Would this be a good place to level maby?
