True. When you make it personal you are basically sending an invitation to the electorate to also take it personal. Now they will be forgiven for disregarding policy issues, service delivery issues, etc. and they will vote emotionally instead. Now about 90% of the voters vote emotionally anyway. The other 10% just don't bother turning up at the polls![]()

The president is not allowed a personal life. Its that simple. If he doesnt like it. He shouldn't have applied for the job, but as president, he must understand that EVERY action he takes in his personal and work life will be scrutinized.
Anyone who expects less of a president should not be allowed to vote.
If you outlaw crack cocaine, only outlaws will have crack cocaine. If you outlaw guns, only outlaws will have guns.
Missing the point. Criticize and ridicule Zuma's policies and implementation thereof. Philandering and womanising is not government policy. Also, there's been no indication that Zuma has been neglecting his duties due his philandering habits. In fact, the last story about his philandering pre-dates him taking oath as president of the country.
I seem to recall Juju making comments about Zille's sex life.Philandering and womanising is not government policy.
You must have missed the bit where he bonked his friends daughter and impregnated her. Also, there's been no indication that Zuma has been neglecting his duties due his philandering habits.
Just a small oversight.
