Thread: BB Bold 9790 vs BB Torch 9810

Default BB Bold 9790 vs BB Torch 9810

I am due for a MTN upgrade @ the end of June and wondering which Blackberry will be regarded as a better buy. BB 9790 vs 9810. The monthly package is similar, however I am more interested to see views on overall performance, functionality, battery life etc.

I'd go 9810 - it's got a bigger screen plus a few other little things. The9790 is smaller and lighter though, so it that's important to you...

I am in the same situation, claiming from insurance. I have decided on the 9810 after reading reviews on gsmarena. I currently have a 9700.

I think it boils down on personal taste. However I've done some review comparisons on the 9790 vs 9810. The 9810 a bit bulky, still a slider phone, been around and believe some of my friends complain about the battery life. Soooo 9790 it is. Any last comments. My upgrade is this weekend.

Please let me know your views on the 9790 once you get it. I have to pay in R760 to get the 9790 and R1250 for the 9810. I am still pro 9810 but still using 9700. Taking my time to decide here. Would have like the 9900, but my levy would be R2500, which is way too much.

I've been using my 9790 for a month now and couldn't be happier with it getting great battery life and its fast and responsive. Wanted to get a 9900 but most of my friend has one but all of them said it had to be sent in for repairs atleast once...so I did my research, you can't go wrong with the 9790 Great phone!

Great thanks man. No issues with the back cover? GSMARENA mentioned something like that.

Not at all Cover is fitted tightly and not having the same issues 9900 users are having that the phone just restarts itself. Very comfortable phone overall

My 9300's hobby is to restart itself... I just love it when I'm browsing the internet and BAM... I also adore the long booting time. It makes me not want to throw it on the ground. *sarcasm*
