Any one know about this WASP or had a similar experience
So basically my wife called me today to complain that her back up phone (she has 2) is missing about R25 worth of airtime already (its a top up 100 and airtime was loaded on 21 may) so i called MTN and they advised she was subscribed to service costing R5 day by SMSNET I asked them to stop the service and got contact details for SMSNET. called them and asked them to stop the service which they did (received the SMS confirming), i queried how could I be subscribed she said only by their mobi site, I insisted we never did and requested my airtime be credited which they refused. now trust me my wife wouldn't subscribe to anything or go on any sites (besides Face book) with that phone. no we never received any SMS or anything besides the one confirming cancellation today.
I logged a complaint with WASPA hopefully something will come of it.
But just wondering if anyone else experienced anything like this with SMSNET-SA
