Just proving it could be done to have 4x3G gateways (4 separate host names and inbound routes) for a CCTV system redundancy proof of concept idea.

My regular setup is the 8ta E367 on R1800 60+60 Prepaid (default), with a ZTE MF190 3GB R399 prepaid (fail over).
Also had a PPPoE connection on this setup via Telkom ADSL, till about two months ago.

Nope that requires participation from the ADSL network operator, and the current one is not interested.

Once IPStream (bitstream) becomes available, the service providers will be in a position to offer PPPoE Multilink without operator involvement.
