Telkom Please build an exchange in Secunda ext 23.

I have been calling you every month for the past 2 years to please pretty please install an exchange in our area.
My current plans are to print a big board asking all our residents to apply for a line so we can get an exchange.
When I asked how many people needs to apply before an exchange is worth while building the operator couldn't tell me.

+1 , if we users from around the country can lend support in anyway, let us know.
Like sending a physical package or something to Telkom's CEO. It worked overseas so why can it not work here.

Anyone have some ideas on how we can get this moving.
I had some ideas earlier but lets also hear everybody's thoughts.
1. Snail mail a form with signatures to say we support this. eg. In DBN area, we get 100+ folks to sign a document then mail it. Each area does it with a kind forum member doing a template.
Will post anything else that comes to mind
