    Of course the US government want to keep as much of the control to themself... Why share it with other nations?

    You mean a nation like the Chinese? I see a heavily filtered net coming when the authoritarian countries have a say.

    I'm wondering why the internet must be bound to politicians at all? Why can't we have an independent group? With members from anywhere in the world that at the very least were all engineers that have worked on internet technologies at some point in their careers.
