They should up their SA presence then.
Having people selling your desktops and laptops is one thing. Proper support is another.
Last time I checked there was no local Lenovo support in SA and for support consumers and businesses have to deal with fly by night 3rd party middle men who add a big markup for support and accessories. Order Lenovo accersories like docs, ultrabays and replacement parts takes at least a month to get here and has to be ordered

Big fan of Lenovo. Last two years (and a bit) been using X200, X300 and now the X201 and waiting anxiously for the new X1 to arrive.
