Is there anywhere in CT where one can play socially. Not join a club and take part in leagues etc. Just perhaps hire a court for a few hours or even free courts if there are any.

The tennis club in Pinelands (corner of Alice Ride and Forest Drive - next to the BP Garage) hires courts on an ad-hoc basis.
