Default Where can I get contact details for iburst

Firstly there's no contact details that I could find on your website, the only contact method is via a contact forms which spits out errors when you use it, so I would just like to make this public that I could not find contact details for iburst and that iburst basically fails to provide any professional contact details in fact don't even see a telephone number on the website for iburst, if these contact details are on the site plz send me the link (Personally COntact US should reflect some contact details and you can't relay on contact forms they not the best of methods to use)

So I would basically like to cancel my iburst effective end of the month so if any iburst representative would be so kind as to send me contact details so that I can send iburst my cancellation I would appreciated.

Please don't move my post or delete it I might need this for my lawyer month end when iburst fail to disconnect me which I would almost bet a couple thousand is what would happen.

As far as I know, you need to give 30 days' notice, so you the soonest you'll be able to cancel is end of next month.

Well that's why I need to make this public cause I will use a lawyer if needed at the end of this month regardless of 30 day notice or not iburts will be canceled and won't be paid, then they can take me to court, they failed providing sufficient contact details, they failed providing sufficient support or support at all, and their network for the past 2 days is not working, they also failed to provide sufficient information regarding why their would be any network issues, there websites shows that everything is perky green while dozens of people experiences the worse kind of internet imaginable, last night I downloaded a 400kb file which took 2 minutes to do.

It's time we face reality which is what I did today, Iburst is not the iburst we used or come to know 7 or 8 years ago, the company has since degraded day by day, I used to be able to download at 50kb which was faster than a 384 Telkom Adsl, today I'm lucky if I get between 15 and 20kb download speed, I run my own company and we always have backups we can use like 3g etc but your primary internet line should always be working and at optimal speeds, I ripped out the Telkom lines 8 years ago and went with Iburst, today I regret that and one needs to really face reality.

Correct me if I'm wrong, i believe iBurst works on a prepaid deduction, meaning you have already paid for this month and the next, deduction at the beginning of the month is actually for the following month,

That's why be billed twice when we upgrade or change our accounts, at least this is one a representative told me when i inquired about my double billing when i c

Yeah I know they have terrible client support, so it does not amaze me that none of my emails have been replied to, but I did my part informed them of the cancellation and have that on record.

Amazingly enough I asked the wife to call them form her office and see how fast they respond to phone call, the support was pretty quick tbh, but when asked whats happening with the network the reply was there is nothing wrong with out network, and then they started looking for the problem elsewhere, wife told them they wasting our time and taking our money for a crap service and what do you know 10minutes after the conversation all off a sudden out of the blue the connection starts going again and enabled me to log onto the France server first time for the week.

Makes you wonder what they really doing, took me 3 months to sort out a previous problem i had where the international server was simply blocked by their proxy or whatever they call their tools they using to block or throttle traffic down to certain sites.

See my pleas under iBurst speed test thread.
They care nothing for their customers.
They do not reply to emails
    Their techies cannot help.
iBurst is not only useless it is a farce.
iBurst is essentially completely down the drain - in their dinges in.
Essentially they are defrauding everyone - they do not give their claimed speeds and they think they can fool us by giving us stacks of GBs, which they know we can't use because of their slow speeds.

Is anybody at iBurst reading these comments all over mybroadband? Seems not.

Can this be raised with the Communications authorities?
