Thread: Vodacom Contract to pre-paid?

  1. #1

    Default Vodacom Contract to pre-paid?

So was on a top up 135 from vodacom after much fighting with autopage i managed to get them to cancel my contract and convert it to pre-paid (I think). How do i know if i'm now on pre-paid now?

I think i might be for the following two reasons.
    a) When i dialed 121 i had to re-set up my voice mail.
    b) When I dial *111# and select my tarrif plan i get the vodacom 4u option.

Log into the vodacom website and check on there what package you are on.

Phone them back and ask what package you are currently on. Pretend like it's your first time calling.

I think you got it wrong. There is a normal bundle 3Gig bundle for one month. Other product is R399 "3GB Smartdata voucher" promotion which is valid for one year.
