Default Mweb having problems emailing to Hotmail.com?

Anyone else having issues on Mweb not being able to send mails to a Hotmail.com address? We have a few different clients not able to send, getting bounce back messages like below saying the IP has been blocked.

On 4mb business uncapped and getting the same message when users try to send email to certain email addresses.

From what I see it started within this last week or so.

Yes, same thing we're seeing here. Though our first sign was about last week Thursday or Friday.

    Hi guys

Is this still on-going? When you say that you are having issues sending to Hotmail.com, is that with a MWEB ADSL connection or MWEB email address?

It's with an Mweb ADSL connection, the clients have their own domains. I'm not sure if it's relevant, but these aren't residential/home users but on Business ADSL accounts. As far as i am aware, this still isn't resolved.

    Thanks for the information.

PM me the MWEB account details and I will have our Business team look into it from our side.
