8 ta unable to connect to device or dns server

please help.i have been stuck on edge connection for the past 2 days.i am using a vodafone k4605 for the past year with no problems.my 8ta connection only giving me edge.the light is green,usually it turns blue for 3G+.windows network diagnostics,your computer appears to be correctly configure but the device or resource (dns server) not responding.contact you administrator or internet service provider (isp).windows cant communicate with the device or resource (dns server).

What DNS is assigned for your connection? Enter command "ipconfig /all" (without quotes) from the command prompt.
Ping to DNS servers.
If no response, try use google DNS servers: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
