    Default is data capped on mtn blackberry from april 2012?

    Howzit,

    Ive been downloading gigs of stuff ever since i got my bb 9900 in dec last year.I'm aware that cahrges apply for tethering and streaming but as of april last month , mtn gave me 2gigs free and charged me for the balance which was nother 3gigs. I see for may they also did the same thing.Thanks

    Oh.... so you're one of the bastards downloading stuff on BIS when it's meant to be done using uncapped ADSL...
    Hope they throttle your BIS down to 0.1KB/s until you learn to use it as it was meant

    Please tell me that you were charged out-of-bundle for the 3 Gigs

    what's the problem? its not BIS. he clearly said he is paying OOB rates. don't understand what the problem is.

    The problem is that he expected to not be paying OOB rates - he wanted to download via BIS. The "2 Gigs" that MTN gave him free - was this not his BIS download?

    He is expecting to pay, just sounds like he is trying to confirm his experience. If the bis limit is 2gig and I use it will I be treated like a leper as well? I don't use my bb for downloading but if everybody has a 2gig allowance why would u feel the need to persecute people who use their allowance?

    But he wasn't pre-April. He was hitting BIS for all it was worth
