    Exclamation Help with Mikrotik

    Hi there

    i am a noob to this site please could someone help me with a problem that i am having with a mikrotik?
    i keep getting this error disconnected, management-protection failure! could any one help

    Upgrade your RouterOS and increase the hw-retries on the wireless card
