Internet Port shows 0.0.0.0

Hi guys, router web interface shows 0.0.0.0 all of a sudden. Comes right and then goes back to this every couple of minutes. Started doing this from this morning. Phone line also just goes dead.

What could be the cause of this? I called ISP and they reset the port but that hasnt really helped. Is this a Telkom issue?
