Nando’s banned TV ad appears in print

Fast food franchise Nandos has had a print version of their banned television advertisement published in the Sunday Times...

Nando's are awesome. I might even consider eating takeaways again.

I get the punchline, but the add seems way off topic for a fast-food vendor. But I guess they have a right to political commentary in their adds (at least they would in any country with real freedom of expression)

Anyway... The real punchline for me is the cost of Nandos. At least I'm sure they are laughing... What a ripoff! But then I guess with the rising price of petrol, electricity, and just about everything else consumers' brains have become numb on the topic of value.

    Not fooling me.

I wish MyBB (or anyone else on the web) would post a high-res copy/photo of the advert, so that I could see it myself. The best I could find is this ---> http://bit.ly/KuT8jf

Nandos is actually value for money when you taste it. It's that good.

Ah yes, what were the Chinese gentlemen offloading from that truck?

Would've been hilarious if they added one especially for the Portuguese:
"and you porras with your corner cafes"

    Then poof, a Nandos disappears.

When was this banned, because Comedy Central showed the ad last week?
