    Default Cancelling a data contract.

    Hi everyone.

For a little over two weeks now I am having endless problems with Vodacom. Had a similar incident probably no more than 3 months ago. I have 3 of those 2gig contracts. There is no other cell networks or internet options available. So my problem is this. I try go on the internet and its SLOW! Sometimes infact the web pages dont even open etc. Had a word around and I am not the only person with this problem. So I reported it and for two weeks now I only hear "we are looking into the problem". I checked my ping and speed on pingtest.net aswell as speedtest.net.
    Results are somewhat shocking.

Aswell as one with a ping of 2036ms. After that one I couldnt open web pages anymore so dont know how bad it actually got. See my image of that experiance on: http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showthre...est-net/page74
All this while connected at HSDPA and two bar signal strenght minimum.

So is this enough evidence for me to terminate these data contracts? Im paying for a sevice I am not getting is it not? I will not pay cancelation fees. This is not my fault. Am I wrong in being p***ed off?

So I get a call from Vodacom just after 10 AM. "We will be sending out someone to come have a look ,BUT it may take upto 14 days" Thats what the previous guy told me two weeks ago and NOBODY pitched. I only got a phone call to say "We are aware of the problem and we are looking into it". Cancel my damn contract. YOU CANNOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE IM PAYING FOR. I have TWO phone contracts and THREE data contracts and I am not the only one with these problems. YOU ARE TRYING TO BUY TIME AND I AM P***sed off at this CRAP SERVICE.
ARE YOU BY ANY CHANCE LOADSHEDDING ON YOUR NETWORK? Cause thats what im thinking is happening. Selling more contracts and bandwith than what your hardware is capable of?
