Service: 8/10 (Getting the barman's attention while the soccer was on wasn't always easy)
Food: 9/10 - (Easily the best sushi I've ever had, which isn't saying much. Salmon Roses are divine. Caviar was a bit meh)
Price: Pricey, but not terrible. Food, wine and a couple of shooters came to R550 odd rand. The GF paid for drinks in the bar downstairs, so add another R150 odd on to that.
Dress code: Smart casual, but no one made any fuss about me wearing jeans and sneakers, although I did opt for a button up shirt.
Why bother with hatred when indifference will do?

Price: Reasonable. Looking at R40 to R120ish for pizza. Didnt look at the other items ie. Pasta and items from the grill.
Dress code: Not really as I'm in semi-formal but saw people coming in, wearing just t-shirts.
