    I don't want double my money back, I just want the pro rata portion from month start to date so that I can get an account elsewhere to see me through the month. I'll likely be back when this issue is resolved. Does anyone know how long it takes to process this kind of request?

    Yup, not to be rude, but it seems you get what you pay for.

    I'm giving it until the end of the week, and if it's the same as now, then I'm cancelling too. I've got a test account from Mweb and it's night and day.

    I'm doing ok tonight... Faster than 83% of South Africa. I can live with that

    Going to suck when my 80% discount expires and I have to join 1 meg again...

    my uncapped 4mb is running @ 0.5mb down and 0.3mb up yet my free gig (from afrihost too) is running at 5mb down and 0.5mb up..

    well it can't be Afrihost just making up stories... since im in JHB i get this on a 4 meg account, just did it.

    doesnt matter when i do a speed test i get this :/ so who knows
