I don't want double my money back, I just want the pro rata portion from month start to date so that I can get an account elsewhere to see me through the month. I'll likely be back when this issue is resolved. Does anyone know how long it takes to process this kind of request?

Yeah, I had the same thing - see two pages back. Uncapped terrible, capped OK.

well it can't be Afrihost just making up stories... since im in JHB i get this on a 4 meg account, just did it.
