Huawei E372 Compatible Modem

Hi All,

Can anyone recommend a good 3g modem that supports the new Huawei E372 stick?
I have looked at the tp-link and netgear but none of them seem to have support for this sucker.

I personally hate routers that take a 3G stick - yet to find one that works reliably. Most of them (including the TP-Link, which I own) takes ages to get the connection up and running and dies without warning. Had to restart the TP-Link every couple of hours because the modem kills the rest of the router's functions. Switchover from 3G to WAN is usually useless as well. Eventually I stuck my CellC 5GB sim in an old Nokia the other day, downloaded Joikospot (http://www.joiku.com/) and it is amazing how reliable the connection is.

Still looking for something affordable to share the connection across my whole network (not just an ad-hoc wireless network).

Hi, You can use TP-LINK TL-MR3420 either v1 or v2, and then upgrade to the newest firmware available on their website. Fyi, I am using TL-MR3420 for my E372 and connected with my friends (3) via wifi. All the best.
