I beg to differ. Not all cows live like this e.g. the ones that supply Woolworths and a certain other dairy in the Cape (where a friend works). In fact they live like kings.

The answer to all of this is vegetarianism followed by veganism. We do not need the by-products of other animals to survive.
    I disagree

Wonder how clams feel about getting squirted with acid, swallowed whole then getting digested alive...

But think of the poor veggies that are planted row for row in cramped conditions. I'm sure they are bored to death. And just when they are adults they get ripped from the soil and chucked into boiling water or thrown into a freezer. That's cruel.

Not to mention the baby carrots before they have matured.

    Yip.

Right now if you film a 15 year old having sex its the exact same crime as if that child was 9.
A few generations ago is was OK to marry a 13 year old... it was even normal. Attitudes and laws change over time, to keep OT the same thing could be said for food. Look at the kind of stuff people USED to eat.

WRT The japs and CP, they like to sexualise young adults and we like to take young adults and dress them up like older woman and make them more sexy... its a fine line and I think we both tread it.

Standard reply to all vegetarians/vegans: If you like animals so much, why do you eat all their food?

clams don't count. they don't have anthropic characteristics we can project ourselves onto.
come on guy, don't you know the randomly subjective scale of animals we should care more/less about?

How many of you animal lovers are vegetarian? Out of sight, out of mind?
