Data bundles on prepaid work exactly the same as top up - once a bundle is depleted, any available airtime is used for your data connection. If you don't want to waste airtime only load on enough airtime to purchase a data bundle; or if you are on a data top up contract do not load on airtime that you do not intend to convert into a bundle.
That's the way the top up contracts have always worked.
Cell C cant fix simple issues and have bad customer support:
Maybe his wife got cancer and he wants to spend more time with her ... Maybe his son needs special help through a hard patch ... Maybe his doctor advised him to ease off or face a heart attack ... Maybe he felt so embarrassed by your post he resigned out of shame ... Maybe he was offered another job in the Vodafone group that required relocating but declined because he didn't want to disrupt his daughter's schooling... Maybe the MD job took more out of his life than he thought and he wanted more time with his family ... Maybe duodenal ulcer ruptured and he needs time off, so responsibly resigns ... &c, &c.
There are dozens of perfectly legitimate reasons. Speculation is NOT a reality check.
All I was showing is that speculation is pointless, so the only reality check is to stop impugning people whose circumstances you cannot know.
Acid is corrosive.

So why for example your acerbic comments about smelling fish heads?
Your posts evince a skepticism that thinly veils hostility. This is neither fair nor just to the person in question.
If you're passionate about justice, it helps if you display a little.

Now, I hate Vodacom for having such *** out of bundle rates (Actually, all of them have *** out of bundle rates, really unnecessary). I am close to an upgrade, but will force myself to cancel my contract. Will be pay as you go from now on. Do note that I am with Vodacom since 1997.............
Why can't all of the SP's out of bundle rates be closer to there bundled rates? It doesn't make sense.
If you obey all the rules, you miss all the fun.
