I think I got the right section... starts like this
From another section...For an animal to be frozen in place, like they have found, it can’t happen with just a little snow storm. To be frozen in stride while running, or with food in their mouth, the temperature had to be at least 300 below zero and it had to happen really fast. The windows of heaven were opened and the layer of water came raining down in a rainstorm like never seen, and the super cold of space froze everything when the cold air met the surface of the planet.
I think we should just leave it at thatA not very well known fact is that many of the dinosaurs thought to be extinct by 65 million years are still alive today! Must really baffle the scientists who say they went extinct as part of the evolutionary process.

Yea I'm far from qualified enough to be a web developer but even I could produce something prettier than that.
Looks like a site from the early 90s.
No but apparently you can sort of use HTML even if you are ignorant

LOL it talks about dinosaurs just being really big lizards because lizards never stop growing. I wonder if this is where rza used to get his crazy from because it reads a lot like an rza post.

My goodness your cousin is a YEC?
In my experience you get 2 main levels of YEC. You get the ones that sit near the top that are (IMO) smart enough to never lay down specifics and just believe in this vague idea of "designeyness" knowing that the arguments currently being presented in favour of YEC are plain nuts and indefensible and then you get the rza type nutters that hold to specifics and try to throw all those really stupid arguments at you about the second law of thermodynamics, asking if we evolved from monkeys then why are the monkeys still here and telling you that dinosaurs are just overgrown lizards.
Does your cousin also tell you about the second law of thermodynamics one? I always get a kick out of that.![]()

Yep, him and his dad. I'm not too sure about his brother, he doesn't talk religion much, which I prefer. Anyway, they're great guys all of them, just as long as you don't talk religion with them. It turns them nasty.
Regarding the thermodynamics argument, no, he's never brought that one up, too sophisticated. Now I'm not saying he's stupid, he's not, he just has no interest in science, at all. He does have the strangest interpretations of other religions though.

There are few things I believe to be 100% incorrect, YEC's theories fall in to this category.

Well its safe to say that most christians, barring a few really understand evolution. To them, god created Adam and Eve and thats how life started . . . Genesis. When confronted with the Theory Of Evolution, there understanding is that we evolved from an ape. Not only YECs thinks this way surprisingly.

I have met plenty of Christians that are as clued up as the average Joe on evolution and I've met a few that are researchers in the field of evolutionary biology or related fields that are Christian.
I haven't met most Christians and asked them about their understanding of evolution so I'm honestly not sure whether or not most Christians understand evolution. Perhaps a census has been done to that effect or something... hmm...
I can understand the whole "evolved from an ape" thing though and I imagine that thinking isn't limited to just Christians but is more an issue of just not being well versed in the basics of evolution. More an "average Joe" problem than necessarily a Christian one I would wager. Still you have a point.

True, its not only christians who think this way and I agree, some of them do have a good grasp on the evolutionary take. I remember Balstome's argument about evolution vs creation. The one always cancels out the other or something to that effect. I could be wrong in my interpretation of that. What I got from that was that if you believe as a christian does with regard to the bible and how life started theres no way that you could believe in evolution, even partly. Ofcourse the reverse is true as well.
