Vodacom Voicemail: Not using my personal greetin

My personal greetin is not used for my voicemail. Its using the option where I recorded my name (and the chick says "so-and-so not available.").

I have re-recorded my greetin and still it uses the other option.

I want it to use my personal greetin. Also, how do i get it to accept a silent personal greetin=> does not save if I try and record silence (say nothing then press #)

please help.
