Sony Ericsson Neo or HTC Desire S

Hi all

Specs are really close according to gsmarena.com

HTC has 768mb ram where the Sony has 512mb. But the Sony has a 8mp camera and the HTC a 5mp.

I'm wondering which is the better device. My gut tells me the HTC but I'm open to suggestions?

I'll go with the HTC. Much superior build quality. You would be surprised much much better a phone you get with an extra 256mb RAM, one of the main reasons why the S is getting ICS next month.

HTC all the way. If you want decent cameras look at Nokia. Sony does not make any decent phones and the after sales service (if needed), is pathetic.
