FNB deal iPad 2 giving issues with volume down button

Just want to see if anyone here can't maybe help out.
My girlfriend has an iPad 2 3G 16GB, which she got from FNB on that deal.
It has started giving issues lately, and we don't know where we need to take it for a repair under warranty.

If you press the volume down button, the iPad restarts itself. Any ideas?

If your Apple iPad is faulty (this does not include physical damage) you can send an e-mail to fnbipad@myistore.co.za with all your information (name, cellphone number, e-mail address, collection address and serial number of the device) plus a description of the fault.

You also have the option of returning the device to an iStore.

Don't live in a city, so taking it into an iStore won't be happening anytime soon.

Thanks Albert123 for the link and info. When myself and my girlfriend took up my deal on the launch day of the promotion there wasn't any warranty information on their site. That's why I didn't think about going back there.

Appreciate it
