I know the article is old but by now we have all seen the effects of bad governance by the rest of africa , South africa is not far behind with south african's emigrating to places like autralia .
What I propose is this :
1.The NIA actually starts doing their jobs
2. The NIA get intel about countries that need liberating( we go to war american style and remove Bob)
3.We make use of the weapons we got in the arms deal
This makes great financial sense we already paying the NIA to do nothing, we spent a whooping R100 billion on weapons and we already have an army .
Correct me if I'm wrong but this would not cost anymore than what we are already paying and we would have less emigration from african contries?
