Now this was on the 11th of June 2012. I was in touch with Vodacom from 30th of may when they promised that someone will get to me within 14 days. So on the 8th of june again someone will get to me within 14 days. Well its been more than 14 days for the second time and guess what. No reply from vodacom. On the 12th of June job number EC-Z96Q-2LJAF has been closed. Apparantly there are other complaints in the area so they have to create a master record or something. So for more than a month now I have very poor internet speeds ect. I use 3G for gaming, It was fine till the 30th of May. Its not ADSL, but im okay with it. So now I have 3 2gig data contracts with vodacom. I cant play, because of the lagging ingame, teamspeak disconnecting etc.
When I asked them to cancel these contracts they told me they have to do tests etc and I said fine come and test and I never heared from them again.
What are my rights as a customer to have these contracts terminated without paying penalties etc? This problem has been going on from 30th of May as far as I can recall.
