Ticket sales for the upcoming Lady Gaga concerts in South Africa opened today, but some people were surprised when trying to buy a ticket

A system as big as computicket can't handle the load dynamically... thats beyond piss poor coding. I would think a barely passable system should be able to cope with between 2000 and 3000 ticket bookings a MINUTE.

Apparently not big enough. U2 online bookings was a disaster. This was about a year ago...
