Ok...so that is cool then. No probs. Sorry...stupid question...must each ticket have the different peoples names and number...or can it just be one person on more than one ticket? Sorry...just really dont want to mess this up . Might only get one shot at this.

Well done. Gonna set a hecticly loud ringtone on my phone for if my mail comes in the early morning hours to wake me up. I am sorry...but this booking process is nothing but a big bloody JOKE! Big Concerts should give Computicket the finger and from now on do it in house rather or outsource it to a company that can put a proper system in place for online booking.

In an effort to avoid further frustration in booking tickets to the Lady Gaga concerts - Computicket outlets, Shoprite/Checkers money market counters and the Computicket call centre will open a day earlier on Wednesday 20 June 2012 at 09:00am in order to facilitate bookings for both shows.

The Big Concerts team wish to apologise profusely for any inconvenience that this may have caused you today.

Been in the queue since 9:45. Got a mail to notify me. then logged on to check. told me "less than 1000 ppl in queue". checked in 5 mins, "there are more than 1000 ppl in queue." raised a call with queue-it with my queue-id, 20mins later, front of queue and got my tickets. no reply, nothing. Guess system could work if it they were more transparent about it.

I just got my turn...selected quantity "2"...click the "Get Tickets" button and NOTHING!!!! Just kept on timing out. Eventually my 10 minutes expired and now the q is closed. Computicket.....YOU SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Waiting ridiculous hours in the queue (are they serving one virtual customer at a time?), site not loading, queue closed, only showing availability of seats after you've selected them, timeouts, error pages, clicking Back, reloading, trying again, redirected to front page, queue not valid, repeat ad nauseum... all obviously somebody's idea of a joke.
