I happened to refresh after being done and there it was, few minutes later I got an email stating that I can go view my SOC)

SARS tells me it can take up to 21 days to get your password reset... LOL

I submitted my supporting documentation but the system still says "Document Sending in progress". Does this mean that the documents have been sent, or do I have a problem here?
